EXECUTIVE N - MATERIALS

Responsible for material inwarding, storage, production support, and dispatch operations through WMS (SAP) ensuring zero material stock‑outs, optimal machine uptime, and adherence to Asian Paints Quality System.

Ensuring efficient truck planning, placement, dispatch volumes, reduced turn‑around time, detentions, and STO ageing in coordination with Central Distribution team.

Managing technical and contractual manpower to ensure availability, optimized deployment, grievance resolution TAT, and controlled overtime hours.

Ensuring asset care, on‑time preventive maintenance, 5S compliance, issue logging, and CAPA readiness within defined timelines.Ensuring stock accuracy, material variance control, timely closure of HIRA and non‑compliances, safety compliance, process improvements through Kaizens, cost savings initiatives, exception handling, and preparation of operational reports.
