EXECUTIVE N - PLANT ENGINEERING

Role Summary:
Responsible for plant mechanical maintenance, breakdown handling, preventive maintenance, inspections, and compliance as per defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and resolve line breakdowns
• Execute PM as per schedule and maintain records
• Follow SAP engineering workflows
• Conduct inspections as per SMS/EMS
• Prepare shift reports and communicate with block in‑charge
• Implement 5S, TPM initiatives and SOP audits
• Ensure daily machine checklists are completed

Qualification & Eligibility:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Maximum Age: 26 years
• Experience: 1–3 years (Chemical/Pharma preferred)

Skills & Knowledge:

• O&M of pumps, valves, reactors, mixers/agitators, MHEs
• Knowledge of utilities: compressors, chillers, WTP, boilers
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred
• SAP (Plant Maintenance) exposure preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
