External Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Ensure shift safety through Tool Box Talks and permit controls
• Meet daily production targets while following safety, quality & EHS norms
• Monitor resin processing (heating/cooling profiles, reactor parameters, batch cycles)
• Perform online batch checks, sampling, SAP entries, and batch documentation
• Coordinate LOTO, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance in SAP
• Support QA approvals, RCA for deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Report unsafe conditions and handle emergencies as required

Qualification: Diploma in Chemical | Max Age: 26
Experience: 1–3 years in Chemical/Resin/Adhesive/Pharma manufacturing
Skills: Polymer chemistry, utilities, DCS/PLC, SAP (PP/MM), MS Office
