Training & Awareness: Conduct safety induction, continuous training, mock drills, and promote safety culture.Audits & Inspections: Daily safety checks, statutory inspections, hazard identification, risk assessment, and CAPA implementation.Contractor Safety: Monitor contractors, enforce compliance, and review performance.Safety Systems: Maintain safety guards, PPE, firefighting equipment, and ensure compliance with work permits.Performance & Reporting: Report and investigate incidents, analyze trends, and manage potential loss areas.Workplace Safety: Ensure hygiene, 5S, and control hazardous substances.
