1. End to end management of recruitment (campus, lateral etc)
2. Handle employee grievances, ensure compliances
3. Liasing with Government authorities
4. Driving Individual Development Plans for employees
5. Statutory compliances for the plant employees
6. Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding, induction to exit formalities.
7. Management of apprentices
8. Training design, management of programs and effectiveness.
9. Rewards & Recognition
