Job Title : Sr.Executive – Instrumentation

Reporting to: Manager – Plant Engineering

Department: Plant Engineering

Grade : E/AE

Location: SRIP Plant.

Business Responsibility Areas:

Responsible for carrying out the trouble shooting of control systems,
calibration to ensure the instruments
hands on experience in DCS, PLC, field Instruments, Actuated valves, Control valves, Load cell system, Fire alarm system, CCTV, PA & access control system.
Responsible for spares management and procurement for equipment uptime.
preparation of technical and commercial comparisons and evaluation.
Verification of P&ID, Instrument Index,
Ensure zero accidents, Zero spillage and no deviation in process specification.
Responsible for erection and commissioning
prepare Permit to Work and Job Safety Analysis
Understands lock-out Tag-out, working from Heights,
Capex / Project Fund and Spares and Consumables Fund

Internal - Manufacturing functions, Plants, Materials, Purchase, QA, Safety

External - Vendors, Engineering Consultancy, Calibration agency, Contractors

Qualifications : Engineering (B.E – Instrumentation ) with minimum 2 to 4 years experience –
Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering

Previous Experience:

Maintenance Experience – Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance

Troubleshooting skill on PLC,DCS,Communication network, Field instruments and Valves

Project Experience - Procurments,Installation and Commissioning
