External Job Description
Driving Sales thru store staff
· Drive Store level GMV and Revenue
· Store staff will report to Sales officer directly. Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff.
· Maintain customer level Index.
· Meeting customers for conversion
· Drive on ground Demand generation activities (AID visits, builder visits and critical site visits)
· Dealer servicing
· Maintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same.
· Maintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT
· Serving role of a Single Point contact for the store
· Coordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC
· Execution of Hygiene areas
· Drive Store Operational excellence
· Focus on effective usage of Digital journey leading to customer conversion
· Team training
· Team grooming in coordination with central training team.
· Team recruitment
