External Job Description

Brief Description of Roles and Responsibilities:     
•    Ensure 100% compliance for non-conforming observation under PM & PdM.
•    Spare Procurement, management & analysis on reliability central maintenance. 
•    Energy monitoring & maintain power quality in terms of power factor and harmonics. 
•    Maintain 100% compliance with scheduled statutory inspection and closure of NC within specified time-period. 
•    Improve Renewable energy contribution and find new alternative.
•    Capex execution within promised timeline with implementation of new technologies & cost saving ideas. 
•    Electricity bill settlement & coordination with state DISCOMS. 
•    Maintain 100% safety compliance with Electrical safety and implementation of HD CAPA within promised timeline. 
•    Attending equipment/monitoring system breakdowns and ensure 100% uptime. 
•    Executing the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance as per schedule and maintaining records
•    Adherence to SAP workflow for engineering
•    Executing the inspections & maintain compliance as per SMS & EMS along with maintaining records
•    Report generation and communicating to the relevant block in-charge – Shift report
•    Implementation of initiatives such as 5s, Asset Care. 
•    SOP audits
•    Implementation and ensuring daily checklist of the critical equipment such as transformer, Diesel Generator, Solar Inverters & UPS system are filled
•    Coordinating with the shift representative for prioritization of the jobs with mobilization and giving fast solution
•    Permit and LOTO for the job
•    Providing inputs for breakdown analysis and support in implementation of CAPA
•    Utility operations management through outsourced vendor
•    Calibration.

Preferred industry of experience:  Automobile (Standards department), chemical, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Power plants, Heavy Electricals (Maintenance department)
